At a teller location the standard rate is a flat 12%. Our markup rates differ depending on a couple of different factors. Still higher than I would like to pay but its nice to have options. Got a quick response and the customer support locked in a lower 8.5% rate for me going forward. I knew there would be a fee but was honestly a little surprised by how much it really was.
